Jalebi pudding
Ingredients
- Jalebi 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1 cup
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Almonds and pistachio 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
- Grease pudding dish with butter arrange jalebi in it, beat eggs, milk, sugar and kewra, pout it over jalebi, bake on 180 degree C till set and golden brown. Remove spread with silver waraq, sprinkle with almonds and pistachio.
