Fry Qeema

Fry Qeema


Ingredients
  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 .½ tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1½ tsp
  • Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Coriander seed (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 3 chop
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) 4
  • Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion till light golden.Add ginger garlic paste with mince, salt and fry well. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till the meat is half done. 
  • Now add tomatoes with all the above seasonings. Fry well till the meat is thoroughly cooked and the oil forms a layer on top.Lastly add all the spices, chopped greens and sliced ginger.
