Fry Qeema

Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Onion (chopped) 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 .½ tbsp
- Chili powder 2 ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt 1½ tsp
- Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
- Coriander seed (crushed) 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 3 chop
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 tbsp
- Green chilies (chopped) 4
- Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion till light golden.Add ginger garlic paste with mince, salt and fry well. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till the meat is half done.
- Now add tomatoes with all the above seasonings. Fry well till the meat is thoroughly cooked and the oil forms a layer on top.Lastly add all the spices, chopped greens and sliced ginger.
