Hara masala pasanday


Ingredients
  • Pasandy ½ kg
  • Onion 1 large sliced
  • Green chilies 15
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Black pepper whole 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Put Onion 1 large sliced, Green chilies 15, Coriander leaves ½ bunch, Black pepper whole 1 tbsp, Yogurt 1 cup, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp heaped, Lemon juice 2 tbsp in a blender and blend to a fine paste, marinate your pasanda with this blended masala, leave it for 2 hours, heat oil add in marinate mixture, cover and cook until done and thick gravy left. Serve garnish with French fries.
