Locky gosht

Locky gosht


Ingredient
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Onion 1 raw grinded
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Tomatoes 2 finely chopperize
  • Locky 250 gm peeled and cubed
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 to 3 chopped
Method
  • Put all Mutton ½ kg, Onion 1 raw grinded, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Chili powder 1 tbsp, Turmeric ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp heaped, Tomatoes 2 finely chopperize, Locky 250 gm peeled and cubed in a pressure cooker with half cup water and cook till enarly done, open cooker, bhunno alltogtehr very well till lockey well amshed, lastkly add allspice, coriander leaves and green chilies.
