Tandoori aalo matar


Ingredients
  • Peas 1 ½ cup boiled
  • Potatoes 4 cut into medium size pieces boiled and deep fried
  • Onion 2 sliced
  • Tomatoes 3 chopped
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
  • Khatai powder ½ tsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp heaped
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • Heat oil add cumin seeds, sliced onion, fry till light golden add chopped ginger and tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes add coriander powder, chili powder, khatai powder, salt, ¼ cup water, fry well add peas, potatoes, tandoori masla, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes till oil comes on top. Serve garnish with coriander and green chilies.
